|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|We offer free domestic shipping in the United States and it's territories. For our customers in other countries, Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information for international orders. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can correct our error.|
|What is your return policy?|
|We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Please contact us at email@example.com and let us know you would like to return your item. We will have you ship the item back (buyers expense) to:

Please include your order information and reason for return. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the item back to our Warehouse.
All requests for refunds must be made within 30 days from purchase for domestic shipments. We allow an extra two weeks for international orders since shipping takes substantially longer. Requests made after the stated time frame are not eligible for refunds.
|When will my order ship?|
|We generally ship within one business day of payment receipt, so you can get your order as soon as possible.|
